What you will do

• Research, plan, and develop video content on EU policies, events, and achievements.
• Create storylines, scripts, and concepts for YouTube and social media audiences.
• Conduct interviews with EU officials, experts, and stakeholders.
• Produce, film, edit, subtitle, and finalize professional-quality videos.
• Manage YouTube content calendar, uploads, metadata, and SEO.
• Track video performance and audience engagement to refine content strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Journalism, Communications, Film, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in video production, editing, and on-camera presenting.
• Fluency in English is required; additional EU languages are an asset.
• Strong understanding of YouTube content strategy, digital storytelling, and social media trends.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to simplify complex policy information into engaging narratives.
