What you will do

• Analyze contracts and project documentation to define scope and requirements.
• Review client configurations and create technical build specifications.
• Configure accounts, platforms, and products including user provisioning and authentication.
• Troubleshoot eligibility and provider ID errors ensuring EDI compliance.
• Lead onboarding meetings and document key decisions.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Heredia, Costa Rica
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years experience in client onboarding or related roles.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation platforms.
