About the role
The PSP Relationships Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), acquiring banks, and alternative payment networks globally.
You will negotiate commercial terms, ensure optimal routing, improve processing costs, and support operational alignment between internal teams and external partners to deliver maximum payment success rates for our merchants.
### WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Client relationship management
Act as the main point of contact for iGaming merchants, maintaining strong, long-term relationships and ensuring their needs are met through tailored PSP solutions.
2. Account operations & Support
Oversee daily account activities, ensuring smooth payment processing and timely issue resolution in collaboration with technical, risk, and compliance teams.
3. Performance monitoring
Track key metrics like transaction success rates and chargebacks; prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
4. Business reviews & Growth
Conduct regular client reviews, present new features and insights, and identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction and retention.
5. Strategic input & Market awareness
Provide feedback to product teams, stay informed about gaming and payments trends, and represent the company at industry events.
6. Documentation & compliance
Maintain accurate CRM records, manage contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with internal and regulatory standards.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Minimum 4+ years experience in payments, PSP management, acquiring relationships, or merchant acquiring.
- Strong understanding of the global payment ecosystem (card schemes, alternative payment methods, FX settlement, chargebacks, risk controls).
- Proven track record of negotiating commercial agreements and managing high-value PSP partnerships.
- Excellent knowledge of payment routing, BIN sponsorships, merchant onboarding, and scheme compliance.
- Hands-on experience with iGaming, eCommerce, FinTech, or high-risk merchant verticals is a plus.

- Experience in the iGaming sector.
- Familiarity with compliance and risk management in payments.
