🧠 Role: Chief Product Officer
🌍 Remote / Europe-first 🌱 Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Company Builder
We’re building a next-gen ecosystem for conscious psychedelic experiences — from AI & telemed to retreats & microdosing. We work as a builder & fund across Eurasia & the US, focusing on 3 key models: Infrastructure (clinics, edtech, retreats), Digital (AI agents, therapy tools), GR (regulatory & scientific partnerships).
Now looking for a hands-on yet visionary CPO to lead strategy, build a team, and own one core stream: telemedicine, AI or infrastructure.
💼 What you’ll be doing:
– Own & evolve cross-vertical product strategy
– Set up the product development framework
– Personally lead one key product
– Hire & mentor a product team
– Validate & scale ideas through testing
– Ensure all products are data- and user-driven
– Turn vision into roadmap & traction
🧩 You’ll thrive here if you:
– Have 5+ yrs leading product in startups
– Built & scaled 0→1 products in complex markets
– Love both strategy and execution
– Are excited by AI, healing, psychedelics, mental health
– Thrive in speed, ambiguity, and impact
