What you will do

• Support and execute various financial planning cycles including semi-annual and quarterly forecasts.
• Maintain and update financial models and templates for planning purposes.
• Analyze large financial datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key performance drivers.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on operational and financial performance.
• Collaborate with department leads to refine forecast inputs and improve financial accuracy.
• Monitor and recommend improvements around functional KPIs to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work in Vancouver with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite per week)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in corporate finance or FP&A.
• Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with financial planning software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business impact focus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pigment, Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, Anaplan, or ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience working in multi-system data integration environments.
