What you will do

• Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives for National Defence customers, focusing on hybrid IT solutions including compute, storage, network, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with account directors, government personnel, and sales teams to understand needs and develop tailored technical proposals and solution blueprints.
• Provide technical leadership during sales and pre-implementation phases, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.
• Participate in network infrastructure assessments and audits to ensure solution scalability and security.
• Maintain relevant technical certifications and stay updated on industry trends.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Ottawa, Canada
• 7+ years of experience in technology sales or technical pre-sales, preferably with National Defence and infrastructure modernization.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco, storage solutions, private, hybrid, and public cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels and mobilize stakeholders effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills and a client-focused service approach.
• TS clearance highly desired or eligibility to obtain Secret or higher clearance
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Bilingualism in English and French.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC sales methodology.
• Relevant technical certifications or commitment to obtain them.
