Salary: 178,000–270,000 CAD

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for AI and automation products.
• Manage resource allocation between innovation and sustaining products to optimize outcomes.
• Evangelize and expand internal AI agent platform and ecosystem partnerships.
• Lead and grow a high-performing product management team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and industry analysts.

Requirements

• Must reside in eligible Canadian provinces (excluding specified provinces and territories).
• Minimum 12 years in product management with SaaS, AI, and automation experience.
• Strong technical acumen and leadership skills in product management.
• Experience with workflow platforms and generative AI technologies.
• Proven track record of product success in startup or agile environments.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML, observability, or incident management products.
• Experience scaling product ecosystems through integrations and partnerships.
• MBA degree.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
