What you will do

• Develop and enhance automation features for KYC onboarding.
• Define and prioritize product initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, and compliance teams to drive innovations in automation.
• Explore and implement LLM, OCR, and AI/ML solutions to optimize processes.
• Monitor key quality and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define requirements and validate hypotheses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, quality assurance, or a related technical role.
• Deep understanding of the APAC market, including regional product, client, and regulatory nuances.
• Proven ability to bridge communication between clients and developers.
• Strong technical background with understanding of APIs and automation frameworks.
• Hands-on familiarity with product lifecycle management and project tools.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin or another APAC regional language is a strong advantage.
