Location: Remote across Canada, US, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, and Mexico

What you will do

  • Configure and maintain HTS Assist deployments, including conversational flows and prompt management.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and monitor operational health of voice/chat bots.
  • Support partner integration and onboarding across telephony, CRM, and travel inventory platforms.
  • Analyze data to improve assistant performance and contribute to prompt engineering.
  • Build workflow automations and maintain data governance and documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align product enhancements and manage incident response.

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills required.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, SQL, Python, and automation frameworks.
  • Understanding of LLM-based systems, conversational AI testing, and voice synthesis technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud telephony providers and CRM/ticketing systems integration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage complex systems and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience with product operations in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Proficiency with operational tools like Jira, Confluence, Amplitude, and Datadog.
  • Knowledge of travel technology ecosystems including GDS and PMS/CRS platforms.
  • Experience with AI chatbot/voicebot operations and B2B SaaS integrations.
  • Skills in data visualization and influencing stakeholders through insights.
