What you will do

Work closely with US stakeholders for alignment and shape strategies and technical directions.
Improve collaboration and communication for a strong team culture.
Build a culture of Craftsmanship, delivering on business initiatives and shipping with confidence.
Strategize and brainstorm opportunities with Product, Partnerships, and other cross-functional leaders, and drive effective relevant metrics to measure the success of these initiatives.
Recruit the right engineers by improving and adding new initiatives for the overall India site culture.

Requirements

BS, MS, or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of relevant engineering work experience and 4+ hands-on technical management experience. Experience in managing multiple global teams is preferred.
Experience with building payments or relevant systems.
Strong coding abilities and experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications.
Experience architecting, building, and maintaining highly available services in a large service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Experience in partnering with other leaders in setting product strategy.
