What you will do

• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data partners to identify user needs and improve the app experience.
• Design and validate new features across invest, send, spend, and grow functionalities.
• Prototype and test ideas quickly while maintaining a high bar for design quality.
• Deliver polished designs and work closely with engineers for seamless implementation.
• Help evolve the design system (Orion) to support speed, scale, and consistency.
• Actively contribute to design critiques and help shape a feedback-rich culture within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products with a portfolio showcasing product thinking and clean execution.
• Figma expert, comfortable with designing, prototyping, and documenting.
• Ensure designs are efficient, easy to implement, and thoughtfully systematized.
• Comfortable running lightweight research to validate ideas and inform decisions.
• AI-literate and able to use modern tools to increase velocity and operate autonomously.
• Thrive in lean teams, wear multiple hats, and bring a growth mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or crypto.
• Skills in motion design, illustration, or other complementary design disciplines.
• Comfort with AI-enhanced coding environments to contribute directly to front-end implementation.
