  • Champion design decisions through clear articulation of design principles, user research insights, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Explore and integrate AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and enhance design quality.

Requirements

  • A BFA or BA/BS degree in design, interaction, or a related field.
  • Over 4 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience working with established design systems, contributing to their development and maintenance.
  • Knowledgeable in accessibility standards.
  • Deeply curious about exploring how advancements in AI can transform the way we work and build a world-class experience.
  • Expertise in Figma.
