What you will do

• Define enterprise standards for platform integrations and data movement to ensure modularity, security, and maintainability.
• Lead the hands-on development of high-complexity RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) components.
• Define global security protocols, such as OAuth and API Gateways, and lead performance-tuning for high-volume data streams.
• Act as the Tier-3 escalation point for P1/P2 operational incidents, performing root-cause analysis and implementing permanent resolutions.
• Provide architectural direction and mentorship to the development team regarding code quality and system design.
• Drive innovation by implementing intelligent agents, automated data pipelines, and next-generation integration patterns.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Austin, TX.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise platform development, support, and technical administration.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience building custom integration frameworks within a major ERP or global SCM ecosystem.
• Expert proficiency in modern integration architectures, including SOA, Microservices, and API Management.
• Mastery of database programming and query optimization (SQL, PL/SQL).
• Strong understanding of how technical configurations impact Finance and Supply Chain business modules.

• Experience implementing AI-assisted workflows or low-code/no-code integration frameworks.
• A "Builder" mentality with the ability to execute hands-on while communicating high-level strategy to leadership.
