TL;DR

Associate, Project Delivery (Project Management): Supporting the implementation of the Data.FI global health project with an accent on project management unit (PMU) operations, financial monitoring, and compliance. Focus on coordinating subcontractor agreements, tracking project deadlines, and ensuring adherence to donor regulations.

Location: Must be based in Arlington, VA (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days from home). Must have current US work authorization.

Salary: $67,000 - $70,000

What you will do

• Review procurements, budgets, and reports to ensure compliance with client regulations.
• Support the administration of subcontractor, grants, and vendor agreements.
• Provide PMU support, including meeting coordination, task tracking, and deadline management.
• Assist with budget development, financial forecasting, and expenditure monitoring.
• Support HR and recruitment activities for staff and consultants.
• Coordinate partner and vendor invoices and internal financial reporting requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting USAID or other donor-funded projects.
• Prior experience with high-quality organizational or financial tasks.
• Financial acumen and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel and work in developing countries for extended periods if needed.
• Current US work authorization is required (visa sponsorship cannot be accommodated).

Nice to have

• Advanced Spanish or French language skills.
