What you will do

• Process medical ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner using hirify.global software.
• Support the resolution of HIPAA-related release issues to maintain confidentiality.
• Organize and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations.
• Provide professional customer service in person, via phone, and through email.
• Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations regarding Protected Health Information (PHI).

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• 2+ years of medical record experience.
• 2+ years of clerical or office work experience.
• Proficiency with desktop computers, scanners, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in Mayfield, KY for onsite work.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations related to PHI (preferred).
