What you will do

• Lead the implementation of builder homes into the hirify.global Editor, managing task progress through to delivery.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for builder product leads, translating plans and documentation into platform settings.
• Represent the company in technical pre-sales conversations and provide ongoing technical support to users.
• Perform QA/QC on the Editor product, logging bugs and surfacing issues with precision.
• Provide subject matter expertise and structured feedback to inform product direction and requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in residential drafting or architectural design, preferably with a production homebuilder.
• Proficiency in CAD/BIM software and hands-on experience producing construction documents.
• Deep comprehension of U.S. building practices, means, methods, and building codes.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects through to completion.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Must be based in North or South America.
