Senior Associate, Project Delivery (Project Management): Supporting the implementation of the Data.FI project to enhance health information systems and HIV epidemic control with an accent on project administration, compliance, and financial reporting. Location: Hybrid (3 days in office), based in Arlington, VA. Must have current US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $74,000–$79,000 per year

What you will do

• Support project start-up and close-out, including office setup and lease finalization.
• Act as a liaison between corporate services, senior management, and compliance hubs.
• Maintain project documentation and track progress against work plans and risk assessments.
• Lead procurement and contract management, including compliant subcontractor and grants procedures.
• Perform financial reporting tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and reviewing vendor invoices.
• Coordinate HR functions for field staff, including recruitment, onboarding, and mobilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in project management.
• Fluency in both English and French is required.
• Experience supporting USAID or other donor-funded projects.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to interpret and analyze financial reports.
• Current US work authorization is mandatory.
• Ability to travel and work in developing countries for extended periods of time if needed.
