What you will do

• Manage Zurich HQ operations, including supplier relations, contracts, and IT equipment logistics.
• Organize on-site interviews, all-hands meetings, customer visits, and team offsites.
• Act as the primary point of contact and "Züri anchor" for visitors, candidates, and team members.
• Optimize the founder's calendar and inbox flow to defend focus time and ensure meeting efficiency.
• Coordinate end-to-end international travel planning across Switzerland, Germany, UK, and US.
• Maintain data integrity within CRM and ATS tools after meetings and candidate calls.

Requirements

• Proven experience in administration, assistance, or coordination roles.
• Fluency in both German and English for daily professional communication.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and communicate proactively.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Zurich.
• Proficiency with AI tools and a high degree of tech-versatility.
• High school diploma, commercial apprenticeship, or a university degree.
