What you will do

• Support design and delivery of AI literacy programs and structured curriculums for leadership, business users, and citizen data scientists.
• Coordinate AI bootcamps, workshops, and learning events to build knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and responsible practices.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, business-relevant insights.
• Contribute to communication and evolution of Responsible AI principles with legal, compliance, and governance teams.
• Assist with documentation, review processes, and alignment to ethical standards including fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation.
• Support onboarding of external AI tools and evaluate their alignment with ethical, technical, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Ethics in Technology, or related field.
• Strong interest in non-technical and technical application of AI, including ethics, literacy, and enablement.
• Good understanding of AI, ML, and Generative AI fundamentals and use cases.
• Knowledge of frameworks, regulatory requirements, and ethical constraints governing AI adoption, including EU AI Act, GDPR.
• Familiarity with AI Development Lifecycle, fairness, robustness, accountability, and common pitfalls like biased systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Technical background or hands-on experience in Data and AI.
